I’m Heather!

Forest wil co was created from a desire to slow down, simplify and reconnect with what truly feels good.

After years of feeling overwhelmed by the noise of modern wellness, I found myself craving something more grounded- slower mornings, simpler ingredients, time outdoors and routines that actually supported my nervous system instead of adding more pressure.

Living in the mountains has taught me that wellness doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Sometimes it looks like early morning coffee, fresh air, healing your skin naturally, moving your body, and learning to come back to yourself little by little.

What started as a love for holistic health living and tallow based skincare slowly became Forest Wild Co. - a space inspired by wellness, intentional living, motherhood and wellness rooted in real life.

My hope is that these products and journal entries help you slow down, reconnect and create small routines that feel grounding your everyday life.

  • Forest wild co's (wild sunshine tallow) is the first tallow i have ever used. I had heard of it before and thought beef fat how strange. I have psoriasis that is very presistent. I also have a really bad burn from radiation, from my previous cancer treatment. The burn is 2 years old and hardly anything has helped. This tallow has made a huge difference. It's not only helped heal my burn but my psoriasis.. which no cream has ever helped! This stuff works and i plan to use it consistently and i think that is key. Im a fan and plan to continue using, probably the rest of my life for anything skin related. Thank you for making this.
